In today’s business environment boundaries fade and international sourcing has become a continuous growing opportunity for companies. New media too provide a variety of possibilities. These trends will influence the way in which we do business and will affect current and new international relationships. How can you now build and maintain a fruitful relationship with international suppliers? What is the role of cultural influences during negotiations? By means of role plays and video registration you can practice different communication styles and receive personal feedback on your (non) effective behaviour. This way you can strengthen your abilities in international relationships.

  • Have a bachelor or master degree (or equivalent level via work experience) with at least 3 years of purchasing experience
  • Are involved in negotiations with international or foreign suppliers
